Hello and welcome
to RescueWorkout.com. My name is David Kennedy.
I am a Washington, DC native and have been a Montgomery
County Maryland Fire Fighter for over 15 years.
In addition to my normal duties, I also serve
as a fitness trainer for the Department. I am
ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) Certified,
an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and certified
in CPR by the American heart association.
Over the years I have been instrumental in developing
training programs for new recruits and colleagues.
I would like the opportunity to share my experience
as a personal trainer with you!
I have developed two personal training tracks:
Rapid Response and Slow Burn.
Rapid Response is a series of training techniques
designed to target a range of muscle groups used
for strength and endurance. This training regiment
is similar to the physical training Fire, Police
& Military recruits endure! So, if you are
serious about getting into shape quickly, Rapid
Response is the program for you!
Slow Burn is a compilation of metabolic exercise
techniques specifically designed to control weight
and prevent diseases such as heart attack, stroke,
hyper tension and diabetes. From breathing exercises
to swimming, Slow Burn is a diverse program that
will keep your interest and enhance your wellness.
