I am a Washington, DC native and have been a Montgomery County Maryland Fire Fighter for over 15 years. In addition to my normal duties, I also serve as a fitness trainer for the Department. I am ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified, an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and certified in CPR by the American heart association.
